On the north coast is Sicily's capital, Palermo, which has many historical sites, lcerquen buildings, squares, palaces, and museums. Sailors prefer to sail between the north coast of Sicily, Calabria, and the Aeolian Islands. A visit to the Aeolian Islands is recommended.
